One mile south of Almont you will find the Almont Campground. Park here and fish a public section for almost 2 miles.

The section between 1 and 1a is private water, althought it can be floated and offers very good fishing on otherwise inaccesssible water.

The section between 1a and 1b can also be floated for very good fishing.

| 2) Neversink Campground: |
This campground, about 3 miles west of Gunnison on Highway 50, offers access to good public sections of the Gunnison River.

| 3) Coopers Ranch Campground:
|
This campground also gives public access to the mighty Gunnison River as it gets very close to the Blue Mesa Reservoir.
